ARTS-BASED NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY BOOTH APPLICATION 2023

Deadline: Sunday, May 21st, 2023

The Art in the Park Committee is accepting applications from arts-based non-profit community arts groups interested in setting up their display at the annual celebration at Riverside Park. A limited number of booths are available and priority will be given to groups with creative activities and interesting displays promoting their organizations. All groups must be arts-based non-profits to be considered for this application. Once your application is approved, you will be invoiced $50 and any additional fees for your requests. 

Important Dates: 

  • Sunday, May 21st: Application Deadline
  • Saturday, May 24th: Notification of acceptance
  • Thursday, June 1st: Full payment and membership must be received to reserve your space

    Refund Deadlines:
    After June 10th, 2023: NO REFUNDS

The Kamloops Arts Council office and KAC Main Gallery are located in the city-owned Old Courthouse Cultural Centre at 7 Seymour Street West. We share this wonderful century-old building with the Courthouse Gallery Cooperative and Theatre BC (Mainstage).

Please note: Kamloops Arts Council does not handle bookings for rentals of the Old Courthouse.  For information on rentals, please contact City of Kamloops Arts, Facility Booking, at facilities@kamloops.ca or (250) 828-3707.
