Local artist Cheryl landed her first job as a Sign Painter in the early 80’s and soon opened her own graphic sign and design company for over 20 years. She changed directions for over 2 decades but returned to her love of art and handling a brush in 2016. Choosing acrylics as her medium, Cheryl paints numerous styles of works, including abstracts, landscapes, still life, photorealism and mixed media.

Cheryl has appreciated the opportunity to be involved in the Art in Public Spaces program as well as showcasing some of her artwork at Art We Are Cafe as well as some of venues in the Kamloops district.
