Chris started painting at age 13, was an art ‘nerd’ in high school, and did her first commission at age 17. Her paints gathered dust for years as she pursued a lengthy nursing career. Now retired from nursing, she is pursuing her art career, with her own small studio and her own website at davisrollans.com. She has drawn with the Kamloops Life Drawing Studio for 20+ years, and run the group for the last 8 years. Her artwork provides a platform for engaging the viewer in themes of hope, peace, and stewardship of the earth.
