Christine Savage completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at TRU in 2009. In the past her mediums have included screen-printing, painting, and sculptural installations. Her current body of work is an exploration of grief using blind self-portraits and gestural mark-making.

Christine Sherwood is an artist living in Kamloops, BC. She holds a diploma in Visual Communications from the former Alberta College of Art in Calgary. After a career in the graphic arts she retired in 2016 and has been able to devote more time to various artistic pursuits. Christine is continually exploring all aspects of creating art and loves to experiment with different media and styles. She is an Active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists.

The Kamloops Arts Council office and KAC Main Gallery are located in the city-owned Old Courthouse Cultural Centre at 7 Seymour Street West. We share this wonderful century-old building with the Courthouse Gallery Cooperative and Theatre BC (Mainstage).

Visit us, our gallery and the rest of the amazing arts groups that are housed under one roof!

Please note: Kamloops Arts Council does not handle bookings for rentals of the Old Courthouse.  For information on rentals, please contact City of Kamloops Arts, Facility Booking, at facilities@kamloops.ca or (250) 828-3707.
