Drawn to painting while in hospital for an extended stay 15 years ago, I progressed from art appreciator to fledgling creator as an aid to my mental health. Since then, my work in both watercolour and acrylics has only improved and remained a focus of my life while I continue my fight with infirmities. It has allowed me to donate works to my family and caregivers as tangible gratitude. Birds and BC landscapes get most of my attention but try other subjects in the name of learning . I am a local person who is glad to be a member of the KAC and see where that takes me next on my journey.

I live in Cherry Creek . 7 years now
I moved to kamloops in 1972 and raised my family here. They are all still living here as well .
I work full time as a payroll administrator and office manager at a large retail store
I have also started a hobby and I have created a dandelion salve that I sell at markets
