Amanda Duggan

Amanda Duggan is a mixed-media artist specialising in painting. She has been painting professionally since 2009, when she received her first commission, and completed her BFA at TRU in 2017. In her current body of work, she focuses on colour and texture using simplified imagery, though her broader artistic interests include the psychological effect of specific combinations of colour scheme, material, and subject matter.

I have been artsy since I can remember. From painting garbage cans in high school to running my own small tattoo parlour in world renowned ski resort, Sun Peaks BC. Nothing seems to be safe when it comes to my need to create.

Born and raised in Northern BC, Prince George, my family linage stems from Watson Lake Yukon, where I am proudly part of the Kaska Dena Nation of Liard River.

I could not be more thankful to be tattooing and creating at my shop we endearingly call JuggerBean after our late kitty.
