For the most part my life has been a kind of spiritual artistic journey. The turmoil of my early years helped change to become a constant in my life and as a result I've grown to love and rely on it. These experiences greatly influence and shape the art that I create. AHA! ideas and motivations come from nature, music, other artists, spirit, meditation, affirmation, and energy. For the most part I am a self taught artist. I did attend the now defunct school of crafts and design in Toronto and the time I spent there was very influential. Other influences include my father and sister who are both very creative, as well as contemporary and traditional artists both living and those who have passed. The pinnacles in my life, which have shaped the person I've become- and in so doing- the art that I create, are: Breaking free, Westward journeys, Finding solace, Mindful mentors, Cell division, Life book and Roads less traveled. Nature is the only true Artist, I'm just trying to get by :o)

Hi there, I would like to have five books for sale at the Gallery and would be delighted to drop in and show them to you. I do have a mobility issue and when I was a Writer Festival presenter a decade ago, I used the elevator. Is there another mobility access now? Thanks, Lynne
