Patricia House is a Kamloops artist, originally from Burnaby, BC. She was often recognized for her art in high school and other local creative competitions; however, she decided to focus on the sciences after graduation. Since having children, the arts have returned to her life.
Patricia works primarily in acrylic and oil, though occasionally dabbles in other media. Her subjects are often connected to her personally – being of her children, animals from her farm, or from her travels.
She is an ‘Active’ Federation of Canadian Artists member and has had her works juried into several shows in Kamloops, Kelowna, Peachland, and Vancouver.

A self-taught watercolour painter who has lived and worked in the Kamloops area for the past 5 decades, I have participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions over the years. My works are in many private and public collections. I am meticulous and detailed in my compositions, striving to create a true representation of the light, colour, landforms, and landmarks of the Kamloops area.
