This is a form of mind and soul expression that is gentle on my body. I am learning to not depend on a solely physically driven expression as I get older and my body is telling me to slow down!

I started in the crafting realm for many years in various modalities: sewing, collage, soap-making, lanterns, altered books, etc. This has evolved into mixed media works, and acrylics paintings. I enjoy themes that bring me joy such as the outdoors, nature, sports, the ocean, etc and these themes play out in my art.
