Hi.... My name is Olga Savovich. Being born and raised in Kamloops taught me to love and enjoy the beauty of nature. The process of making pine needle baskets teaches me about the resources that exist in nature. Painting helps me to remember what I have seen and how to see. Together weaving Pine Needle Baskets and Painting led me to Weaving. Being a Fibre Artist brings out my practical nature helping me to create art in items that we use daily. Art in general teaches me how to see and explore the world from both inside and outside with many view points.
