I'm Mallory Johnson, the owner/creator of Von Jamm Fantasy Fitness, an interactive story aerobics experience! I create playful, interactive stories that guide our movement exercises and inspire our imaginations. Suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. I dress up in costume and have a curated soundtrack that helps to immerse us all in an adventure, whether we're fighting an alien creature, climbing a mysterious ladder or swimming under the sea. The goal is to have fun and be playful, and to encourage joyful movement in a very non-traditional and colourful way. Bringing entertainment to fitness! Finally!
