The Kamloops Arts Council invites applications for the following position:
Coordinator, Crossing Bridges Arts Outreach Program
20 hours per week, contract to March 31, 2018

Crossing Bridges provides individuals living in at-risk situations the chance to explore their creativity and build their self-confidence in a supportive environment. The program employs local artists and art therapists, giving them the opportunity to develop arts workshops that will advance participants’ personal and social development. The Outreach Coordinator works under the direction of the KAC Events & Programs Manager and KAC Outreach Committee, and oversees Crossing Bridges Artist Facilitators. The Outreach Coordinator may also work with the KAC Executive Director, Events & Programs Manager, Office Coordinator, and Gallery Coordinator, as well as external partners.
