Description
There are loner Gypsies who take to the road for solace, and there are those who travel to be alone on the road, but in the company of others when the wheels stop rolling. Gord Coyle is the latter kind of Gypsy. Gord observes people and listens to them as they share their trials and triumphs, retelling their stories with his pen. Gord also writes poems about his cherished family – some of blood, some bonded through a lifetime of shared space – some family lost, and some family found. This compilation is not filled with complicated poems to be deciphered, but rather the straight-shooting words of a man who sees beauty in people and wants them to see what he sees in them. These poems are gifts to those who touch Gord’s soul, written on the open road with an open heart.
