When you donate to the Kamloops Arts Council, you’re not just supporting the arts — you’re making our community a healthier and more vibrant place for everyone.
Art changes lives, and the Kamloops Arts Council is proud to make it happen. That means:
- giving a child a first experience in printmaking, music, theatre or dance at our Children’s Arts Festival, leaving an impression that could last a lifetime;
- providing arts workshops to young people at risk and in crisis through our Crossing Bridges Outreach, leading them to an outlet for self-expression and increasing their self-esteem and ability to create connections with others;
- encouraging local artists to become self-sustaining by giving them opportunities to share, show, sell and perform their work; and
- giving local artists a chance for feedback and mentorship, enabling them to advance in their artistic and career development.
Donate today, and help us to build an even better community with the arts at its heart.
The Kamloops Arts Council is a registered charitable organization (#893104174BC0001). Tax receipts can be provided for donations $25 and up.

Give to One, Give to Many – Donate Today!
We run our ‘Give to One, Give to Many’ campaign during the month of December, alongside our Small//works exhibition. Your generosity during the month of December goes towards our Crossing Bridges program, which provides art workshops at social service agencies with senior citizens, at-risk youth, immigrants, people with visible or invisible disabilities, and people who struggle with addiction.
This program helps participants express realities, fears, hopes, and dreams. It provides them with a chance to connect with others, build self-esteem, and share their voices with the community. Furthermore, the workshops keep individuals returning to the hosting agency, who can link them up to the help they need, when they need it the most. By donating to Kamloops Arts Council during the winter season, you are not only supporting our organization and local artist, but also members of the community and the organizations that help them. By giving to one, you are giving to many.
Contribute to our drive by purchasing something from Small//works, our silent auction, making a donation through CanadaHelps, or making a donation in person. We are a registered charity and can provide a receipt for donations through CanadaHelps, or in-person.
If you cannot come in, but still want to make a purchase, check out our gift shop(gift shop link)! We have some wonderful works for sale, and can hold purchased items for pick up.
Art changes lives. Make a monthly donation of $5, $10 or $25 as a gift in someone’s name this holiday and support a cause close to their heart
