Description
This book is to help children deal with grief. Heather’s grandson died suddenly at the age of thirteen. He was a well liked and popular child. She was impressed with what his friends did to handle their loss and honour their friend, and wanted to share that. Everything in this book is something that at least some of his friends actually did. Heather wants other kids to know they are not alone, and that there are practical things they can do to deal with their grief and honour their friend. She thinks of it as kids helping kids. This book is suitable for children age 5 to their teens, although many adults have found it helpful as well.
